Papers before goods
In the waste trade it is the documentation that decides whether a shipment may take place at all. Anyone working with us should be able to see in advance on what basis we operate — without having to ask for it.
Our credentials
We provide the documents held on file as PDFs on request. Numbers and validity dates are being added as we go.

Entsorgungsfachbetrieb (certified waste management company)
Certification under section 56 of the Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (KrWG, the German Circular Economy Act) in conjunction with the Entsorgungsfachbetriebeverordnung (ordinance on certified waste management companies). The certificate is audited annually by a technical monitoring organisation and is a precondition in many public and private tenders.

Notification under section 53 KrWG
Notification to the competent authority of our activity as a collector, carrier, dealer and broker of non-hazardous waste. It is a precondition for commercial collection and for trading above the statutory volume threshold.

Waste carrier permit (Beförderungserlaubnis)
Permit to collect and transport waste. It allows us to collect material ourselves instead of referring you to a third-party haulier.

ISO 9001 — quality management
Management system for traceable procedures in intake, inspection, processing and loading. It matters above all where buyers expect a constant specification across longer contracts.

ISO 14001 — environmental management
Management system for the environmental impact of our activity, from storage in the yard to the choice of recovery route.

Audits are welcome
Buyers and suppliers who have to document their own due diligence can visit our site by appointment and check the procedures on the spot. We regard that as a matter of course, not as a favour.
