How an incoming load becomes a shipment with a specification we can commit to.
Quality is made at intake, not at loading
Check only at the container and you have already paid for the mistake. Our control starts at intake: material that does not match the specification never reaches the yard in the first place, or is kept apart until it is clear what it is good for.
How the inspection runs

Goods inwards
Visual inspection of every load, comparison with the notified waste type, weighing and documentation.

Sorting
Separation by quality grade and removal of contraries before the material goes into stock.

Sampling
Representative samples taken from the batch by the agreed method.

Analysis
Testing of the agreed parameters; by an independent laboratory where required.

Release
Comparison of the results with the specification promised, before loading is released.

Loading
Documented loading, weighing, sealing and photographic record of the container.
What travels with the consignment
- Delivery note with waste code and material description
- Weighbridge tickets
- Certificate of analysis, where agreed for the specification
- Shipment documents as required by law
- Packing list and seal number
- Photographic record of the loading on request
Independent inspection
On request we have sampling, analysis or loading supervised by an independent inspection company. The cost is normally borne by whoever commissions the inspection; we organise the access. For first deals with new buyers we expressly recommend it — it replaces trust with evidence.
