Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the entity named in the legal notice.

Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO in Berlin. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data on our behalf, based on a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

Server log files

Each visit automatically stores information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the security and stability of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies: a security cookie that protects forms against abusive requests and, when the contact form is submitted, a session cookie for the confirmation message. Under § 25(2) TDDDG no consent is required for these. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

Contact form

If you write to us using the form, we store your details (topic, name, company, email, phone, message) and your IP address in order to process the enquiry and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Fonts and external services

Fonts are loaded from our own server. We do not embed any external map, video, analytics or social media services.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or of our registered office.
