Frequently asked questions
Answers about purchasing, processing, export and permits.
Which materials do you buy?
End-of-life tyres from cars, vans and trucks, rubber shred and granulate, film and plastic fractions, and high-calorific residues for recovered fuels. We do not accept household waste, hazardous waste or waste electrical equipment.
From what volume is an enquiry worthwhile?
It makes sense from volumes that fill a truck or container load. Where material arises regularly we arrange fixed collection intervals, even if each individual volume is smaller.
Do you collect the material?
Yes. We collect with our own transport or forwarding partners. Alternatively you can deliver directly to our yard.
Why are tyres pressed?
Loose tyres are mostly air. Pressed, wire-bound bales cut the transport volume considerably, so more material fits into each container and sea transport becomes viable.
How does export work legally?
Depending on how the material is classified, the EU Waste Shipment Regulation applies. We clarify the classification, run the required notification procedures, provide guarantees and keep all records available for inspections.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Mainly the Far East and Africa, alongside deliveries within Europe. Which destinations are possible depends on the material and on the import rules of the destination country.
What documents do buyers receive?
Packing list, weights, container numbers, photos of the loading and – depending on the material – analyses and permit documents.
Do you offer long-term contracts?
Yes. Framework contracts with fixed volumes, qualities and intervals are the norm, because they give both sides predictability.
Can we get samples?
We send samples of rubber shred, granulate and recovered fuels. For tyres and bales we send photos and specifications of the current batch.
How is the price determined?
From material quality, sorting effort, volume, loading location and the current market. We set out the basis in the offer.
Offering or buying material?
Send us the material type, volume and location. We will come back with an assessment and a price range.
