Process
From the first enquiry to delivery at the destination port – and who handles each step.
-
Step 1: Enquiry and material check
You send the material type, volume, location and photos. We check suitability, classification and destination market and come back with a first assessment.
-
Step 2: Offer and agreement
We set out quality, volume, price, loading windows and delivery terms – as a single deal or a framework contract.
-
Step 3: Collection and delivery
The material is collected from you or delivered to our yard, weighed and assigned to the order.
-
Step 4: Sorting and baling
Foreign matter is removed, the material is sorted and pressed into bales or filled into big bags.
-
Step 5: Quality check and documentation
Batches are inspected, photographed, weighed and, where needed, analysed in the laboratory. All paperwork is ready before loading.
-
Step 6: Container loading
Bales are loaded into containers with optimised weight distribution and secured. Packing list, container numbers and photos go to the buyer.
-
Step 7: Notification, customs and sea freight
Permits and customs documents run in parallel. The shipment then travels by truck to the port and by vessel to the destination; we report progress until arrival.
